I am a Registered Physiotherapist who believes MVMT pain and dysfunction can be rehabilitated with the targeted exercises facilitated by manual therapy and needling (acupuncture /dry needling) when warranted. I focus on exercise programs that are not complicated and/or requiring advanced equipment, but instead he uses simple tools to help your MVMT imbalance and recovery.
I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology with Honours (BKinH) from the University of Calgary. I later went on to complete his Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) from the University of Alberta. My desire to learn about the body continued which led me to complete my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) through Evidence in Motion. I also am trained in dry needling and have obtained my medical acupuncture certification through Acupuncture Canada.
I believe in a evidence-based practice and patient centered care. You are the expert of your body and I am the expert of how it moves. Let work together and help you gain control of your recovery and obtain optimal results with fewer visits.
